Yes. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. Once the final invoice is paid, the site, its content and its code are yours. We keep the right to show it in our portfolio.

Any name that's available, registered in your name. A .com, .net, .me or similar is included for the first year; premium extensions like .ai or .tech are quoted before buying. After year one, renewal is included in every care plan, or you pay it at cost (about $10–20 a year for a .com) and we remind you before it's due.

We check before you pay anything and suggest available names that fit your business. If you already own it, we use it as is. If the one you want is for sale, we can buy it for you at the seller’s price.

Hosting is included in your package, and your site handles busy days without slowing down. As your business grows, your site may need more: more updates, more inquiries handled, or larger plans from the services it runs on, like your contact form or store database. We'll let you know before anything changes, show you the cost, and nothing is upgraded without your approval. Services you choose yourself, such as payment processing or email marketing tools, are billed by those providers, and we list them in your quote.

Yes. You own the domain, the code and the content. We hand over the code repository, and if your domain is in our account we send the transfer code within 5 business days of your request.

Your text, logo and photos. Not a writer? We can write the copy for $100 per page. If something's missing, the build waits until it arrives.

Each preview comes with a 3-business-day review window. Send one combined list of changes and we make them all. Fixed-price projects include two rounds. New pages or features are quoted separately before any work starts.

Business Sites and up include a simple editor for your text, photos and blog posts, with no code involved. For anything else, care plans include monthly editing time; without a plan, changes are billed at $50/hour with a 1-hour minimum.

The deposit reserves your spot and pays for work as it starts, so it is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel partway through, you pay for the work completed and receive it.

If materials or replies stop for more than 14 days, the project pauses. Restarting costs $200 and the project goes back in the schedule at the next open slot.

No. Each site is custom code built with Astro and React and hosted on Cloudflare, with no plugins to break or be hacked. That is why our sites stay fast and need so little maintenance.
