Lead Research Hiring & Payment Options

Hire us through our Upwork Agency, or work with MCL directly using WebWork time tracking.

Option 1

Hire Through Upwork

Clients interested in hiring MCL through Upwork must contact us first.

Our hiring process

  1. Contact MCL and discuss your research requirements.
  2. We review your project and determine the appropriate researcher or team.
  3. MCL coordinates with you to arrange hiring through our Upwork Agency.
  4. Working hours are tracked directly through Upwork.
  5. Clients can view their timesheets and payment records on the platform.

Payment information

Payments are processed through Upwork according to its billing schedule.

Upwork may charge clients additional marketplace fees, contract initiation fees, or other applicable charges.

These fees are imposed and collected by Upwork, are separate from MCL's service rates, and are beyond MCL's control. Applicable charges are displayed by Upwork during checkout.

Option 2

Direct Hiring – WebWork Time Tracking

Available for Lead Research Services, hourly or fixed price. Clients may work directly with MCL without using Upwork.

Our process

  1. Contact MCL to discuss your project requirements.
  2. Choose an hourly or fixed-price arrangement.
  3. MCL reviews your requirements and provides a customized quotation and invoice.
  4. A 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
  5. For hourly projects, working hours are tracked through WebWork Timer.
  6. For fixed-price projects, WebWork time tracking is not required.
  7. The remaining 50% is payable according to the agreed payment terms.

Important

The 50% advance payment requirement applies to both direct hourly and fixed-price research projects.
